Ryan did a very good job, telling about what Medusa looked like and what people thought of her. Holden gave a lot of interesting information about Medusa. Collin did a good job giving information about Medusa. He told a lot about what she was all about. Tiffany did a really great job on her newspaper article. It was really like a real newspaper article. Sam did a good job on the background information about Medusa. She had really good pargraph form.

I did the Medusa summary as almost every one did but what ever. i learned the Medusa was a cute girl that was her own princes but then she turned into a monster because of Athena jealousy. no no one likes her i think it would stink to have snake hair. Could you amagin if you had snake her and all the snakes had venum and they bit you that would be torcher.

ReplyDeleteI also saw Lyndsey's Summary, i think it was very good, made a lot of sense of what she said. I enjoyed reading it.
I saw Curtis's summary i thought it was interesting.
I saw Ryan's summary, i thought it was good for what he had.
I saw Collin's he has alot of info. Good and thoughtful.
Apryl did a good job with the font, it kind of fits in with the whole Greek thing. she also did a good job with her paragraphs. Curtis has really good information for a very short summary. Sam Saucier had really good information and good format for her summary. Holden Had information that i didn't know and it was good. Lindsey had a good font and good information. i did the Medusa summary and i learned a lot about Medusa and it was a fun easy project.
ReplyDeleteLeah's article was thorough and intriguing. It gave all the necessary information and was very interesting to read.
ReplyDeleteHolden's paper was informational and gave enough facts to support the myth. It would help a stranger to Medusa understand her story better.
Stephen's story is very interesting. It's fun to read and has an exciting topic. He should transfer it into paragraph form so it can be clearer.
Riley's summary is thorough and supports both Medusa's story of how she came to be, how she was killed and about Perseus, the one who killed her.
Tiffany's article told the story very well. If it were in a newspaper, I would be really intrigued by it.
I summarized the Medusa myth. I was surprised to read about the real myth, and how closely related it is to the book. In the myth, a demigod Perseus fights Medusa with the tools of Hermes and Athena. He uses winged shoes, an invisible cap, a mirror and a pouch. I was excited to realize that this is almost exactly what happens in the book.
Oh i almost forgot, i did a summary and i thought i did pretty good.

Collin Gallant: Had a good story, with some added about north and sound, and could of you some grammar corrections :)! Stephn Fasulo: Yes, well a very interesting article, but I must say I love your side comments. Holden: Very basic about the Medusa , and something I haven't seen before about the veil. Curtis: I've never heard it put like this, you kind of edited it in your own way.

Lindsey doyon, apryl, ryan, collin gallant, riley. they all had good facts. they had good paragraph. they dint have that many spelling mistakes.

Medusa got caught in Athena temple with poseidon and then Athena gave her snake hair
Every summary and the one article I read, were all great. They all had great facts and info. I learned a lot more about the Medusa Myth and the bus incident. I really liked the news paper article that I read, it had a lot of great facts, very realistic and was very eye catchy.
ReplyDeleteI was first going to do the newspaper article but it didn't work for me at home so now I am going to do the Medusa Myth. I haven't learned much from it because I am not done but, when I am finished I plan on having learned a lot about the myth.
i think tiffany did a amazing job it was very good and she really put a thought into her work,the paper she wrote was fantastic
ReplyDeleteFirst, I read Sam W. Medusa paper. It was pretty good, short and just tells you her story. Then Aphasia's Medusa paper. It was a good story, tells a lot about her family. Then Collin's Medusa paper. It had a whole lot of details. Tells her whole life story. Then Apryl's Medusa paper. Has a lot of details. I like the font (even though it has nothing to do with this). Tells everything you need to know. Then Luke's Medusa paper. Tells her whole life story is a short way.
ReplyDeleteFor my assignment I did a newspaper article, I learned that in the book when Mrs. Dodds and her sisters are on the bus, when Mrs. Dodds say, "I have to go to the bathroom!" Her sisters say, "I do too."...I thought they said, "Then do it" when I first read it... I liked doing this activity a lot.
For my own article I thought I did well, and I shall email you it.

I, like Tiffany, did a newspaper article. I made the newspaper Camp Half Blood Times and wrote it in thought of how I would like to inform Chiron how everything was going with Percy's quest.

Aphasia did the project on herself. Tiffany and Leah's summaries were fun to read but stephen's was on the wrong part of the book. Holden's paper had nearly no thoughts so I dont have any about it
